Smart Circle Fundraising Policies

Exchanging Smart Circle Cards

In the event a buyer wishes to exchange their Smart Circle Card, Smart Circle Fundraising will gladly exchange that card for any other available card of equal or lesser value. (For more expensive Smart Circle Cards, buyers get credit for their purchased cards and pay only the difference.)

Lost or Stolen Smart Circle Cards

Once delivered, Smart Circle Cards are the property and responsibility of the Fundraiser. Smart Circle Fundraising cannot be responsible for lost or stolen Smart Circle Cards.

Distribution of Shipped Smart Circle Cards

In cases where Fundraisers have Smart Circle Cards shipped directly to them instead of the customer, the Fundraisers will agree to 1) take complete responsibility for the Smart Circle Cards and 2) deliver the Smart Circle Cards to their customers within one week of receiving their shipment.

Privacy

Smart Circle Fundraising will not release personal information to any outside groups and does not collect the names and information of minors within the fundraising organizations we serve.

Returns - No risk policy

Smart Circle Fundraising will accept returns of unsold Smart Circle Cards from the Fundraising Coordinator.

No Minimums

Smart Circle Fundraising does not impose a minimum size on fundraisers.

The role of Smart Circle Fundraising

We’re proud to work with fundraising coordinators from our client fundraising organizations and supply them all the resources and tools they need as they manage their organizations’ fundraisers. We are a trusted and supportive resource, but do not replace the daily management of the entire fundraiser for organizations.
